The purchase amounts given are amounts excluding shipping costs (goods only).

Customs fees, surcharges, and other added values are due by the customer and do not depend on Art Concept Création / Wavre Modélisme.

The shipping costs, payable in addition to the purchased items, are fixed by Art Concept Création / Wavre Modélisme and are non-negotiable. They may be amended at any time without notice. They are calculated according to the applicable rates and the final weight of your order.

The delivery of your orders is done either at the delivery address selected and indicated by the customer at the time of the order, if the address is served by the carrier of your choice, or at one of the relay points of our partners, a relay point that you will confirm by email.

Packages will only be shipped when the payment of the total amount of the purchase, including shipping costs, is fully in our accounts.

Any unpaid order within 10 business days will be considered null and void. It will therefore be automatically cancelled.

Art Concept Création / Wavre Modélisme undertakes to ship the packages within 7 working days of receipt of the full payment. If this deadline cannot be met, we will contact you.

A tracking number will be assigned to each package for tracking. This service is provided by and is the responsibility of the carrier. Packages travel under the total responsibility of the customer. Art Concept Création / Wavre Modélisme cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or the goods, or for any loss. Packages can be insured for a certain amount depending on the partner chosen; you can of course opt for supplementary insurance, which also incurs additional costs.

Customers are responsible for all aspects of package returns, including customs fees, surcharges, and additional costs, regardless of the reason for return. If a package is returned due to customer absence or failure to collect from the carrier, a €25.00 fee per package will apply.

We charge a flat fee of 3,00 € for packing and shipping costs for any shipment below 15 Euros.
